The Hampton's West” Condominiums are made up of five (5) buildings. (Ambassador, Barclay, Carlisle, Dorado, Eaton).

Each building is its own separate association with its own Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and only deal with their individual building matters. There is also a “Master” Association, which deals with the common areas in the community.

We are “The EATON” at Hamptons West Condominium Association.

Located just off McNab Road and SW 81st Avenue, the association boasts units with large bedrooms, two large full bathrooms, laundry room and a Florida room. There are 14 three (3) bedroom condos and 44 two (2) bedroom condos, fifty-eight units in total.

Basic Facts

Total Number of Units: 58 in a single five story building
Units: 44 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom units
Waterfront Views: 30; units ending in 01 to 06 have waterfront views
Management: The Association is managed by Pink Paisley Property Management, there is no on-site office however, you may make appointments to visit the management company's office.
Parking: Each unit is assigned one parking space. Some units have a deeded undercover parking spot. A second vehicle is allowed to park in a guest spot. All vehicles must register with the Master Association. Guests must register to park by scanning the QR Code posted on the building. Guest parking restrictions are enforced.
Pets: No pets are allowed on The Eaton at Hamptons West Condominium property.
Purchases/Transfers/Leases: All residents must be screened and approved by the Board of Directors prior to property transfers, sales or leasing.
Rental Restrictions are enforced for this Association. New purchasers MUST wait a minimum of 2 years before being approved to rent their unit. No more than ten percent (10%) of the units may be rented at one time. Please contact the Management company for additional details.
